Course Description
This 12 weeks online program is our flagship course on Organizational Culture
Throughout the program you will acquire essential knowledge needed to become an expert in the field of Organizational Culture. The course is a balanced mix of theory and practical tools.
Each lecture is developed with a multi-disciplinary approach based on the most valid, well-recognized theoretical and practical tools from organizational psychology, organizational behavior, management and leadership studies.
The course will examine the relationship between culture, leadership and performance. It is designed to help you bridge the gap between the «what» and «how to» of organizational cultures.
Since organizational cultures are reflections of their leaders, the Organizational Culture: An essential guide for Leaders compels you to examine how your beliefs and values translate to the culture within your organization, unit or team.
Through case studies, inquiry, reflection, and discussion, we will engage in assessing the most effective tools to drive positive action in culture management.

Increase awareness of the predictors and determinants of culture
Gain actionable insight into elements that work to advance positive organizational culture

Testimonials
Excellent course, one of the best of the many I took. Far from being dull and dry. In fact, it is very engaging, both scientific and practical, and truly worthwhile. This course has definitely given me the tools to move forward in my career development, better understand my team and the strategic importance of organizational culture.

Totally recommend this course to anyone looking to build or change the culture in their own business. It helped me understand what culture is and develop a list of practical tools I could use to structure the culture development process in my own company. It was great for networking as well. All in all, the course was worth the investment - it is an experience not a bunch of classes you sit and listen to.
