Totally recommend this course to anyone looking to build or change the culture in their own business. It helped me understand what culture is and develop a list of practical tools I could use to structure the culture development process in my own company. It was great for networking as well. All in all, the course was worth the investment - it is an experience not a bunch of classes you sit and listen to.
