A science-based introduction to the topic of organizational culture
This program is an overview of the scientific literature on organizational culture. It focuses on the "what" and "why" of culture, rather than "how" (which is covered in our longer programs).
We will meet online for a one-day long lecture with coffee and lunch breaks. If unable to attend, please contact us for re-booking options or ask for a recording.
Although there is a solid scientific base on the topic of Organizational Culture, it is often trivialised and approached superficially by practitioners.
Throughout this short course you will learn the essentials of organizational culture and understand its key theoretical concepts: definitions, elements, functions, key determinants.
The learning methods used are lecturing, self-reflections, breakout activities, Q&A and additional materials made available for you to read after the course.
